Purchase Supplements Online

The Provider Legend shows which clearinghouse is used to order your specific supplements. Just click on the supplement that you need to order and you will automatically be taken there. Depending on which supplements that you are taking, you will need to create an Account for one or all of the clearinging houses. Simple process of adding Name / E-mail / Etc. Some products are available on more than one clearinghouse.Click on the name of the clearinghouse next to Legend symbol or on the Supplement, if it is one that has a higlhighted Link. Unfortunately, highlighted Links are limited since we are unable to have certain clearinghouses match our lower in-office prices and we are unable to waive shipping and handling, except for larger purchases. These Supplements can be Purchased in the Office or we will order them directly for you at the time of your Office Visit.

Note that this E-Store is for the use of my Patients to whom I have given specific directions as to the use of the specific supplements that I have prescribed to them. If any of my Patients elect to buy supplements through the E-Store that I have not recommended, I would appreciate that they contact the Office, so that I am aware of their additions and I can advise them of correct dosing, and if the supplement is appropriate for them. I cannot be held responsible for any problems or reactions from any supplements or products that I am not aware of and have not been approved by me. It must also be understood that I am held harmless from anyone who visits the Website, who is not my Patient, and orders and uses any products or supplements from the E-Store

Black Typed Supplements do not have a Clearinghouse or are more expensive and require a shipping & handling fee, except for larger purchases. They can be purchased through the Office at a lower price & without shipping & handling fees.
